Currently we offer small group classes limited to a maximum of 8 people where both pregnant and post partum women may train at the same time.
We want to be able to personally coach and engage with every woman that walks through our doors. I for one, will always know how far along you are in your pregnancy or post partum, and will ask that you share with me any relevant medical information. I will also always ask how you are feeling on any specific day as it may change how we approach your training that day.
Prior to you joining us, we will meet in person or online, with the intent of getting to know each other, discuss your needs and wants, your medical history and whether we are in fact a good fit for one another. I will also ask to see you move so that I have a better understanding of who you are. Your trajectory with us will be based on this conversation and will change and adapt as needed as we proceed into your pregnancy or post partum.
You are an individual on a very personal journey and must be treated as such.
Each session includes breath work, warm up, strength, conditioning, & accessory work.
Our goal is to create a safe space for women to come together. Where we prepare for – honour, celebrate and support each other during pregnancy and Post Partum.
